Pros: I will start off by saying the staff is so friendly and professional. The salon was spotless. I also love the fact they were open on a Sunday. Cons: I do think the staff at this location may need some more training in styling thick curly hair (mine is 4a/4b). My stylist didn’t wash out all of the product she used to wash my hair (especially in the middle of my head) and therefore made it difficult to blow dry and straighten. When I left my roots and edges were puffy, somewhat damp and hard to comb through. However the rest of my hair was straightened nicely - she did do multiple passes which typically isn’t needed. I will say my stylist was very gentle and I do believe she tried her best but you can tell she wasn’t confident at all with my hair type. It was an easy fix at home by blow drying it more and straightening my roots. I have not had this issue at the other location I visited.

One of the best salon experiences I've EVER had! I was nervous about getting my hair blown out because my hair hasn't seen heat in 4 years! Also for reference only I have 3c/4a hair. And I it was important to me to not damage my curls. Stacy went above and beyond expectations. She was extremely gentle with my tresses and took time and care to ensure I got amazing results. The supporting staff was attentive as well. I highly recommend their services! They were professional, friendly, prompt, and did exactly what I asked. What more could you ask for in a salon!

In between my protective styles I love a good blowout/press and DryBar is always so easy to get a same day appointment and very affordable. I was a littttle nervous going in just because I have thick ethnic hair and sometimes it can be a learning curve with new stylists, but my stylist Ashley absolutely slayyyyed my blowout. She was gentle the entire time, informative and great conversation regarding health of hair and suggestions for my hair moving forward, her energy was just amazing! I also have flat iron ptsd and always get very nervous while being pressed out, hold my ears, ect and not once did she burn me, and my hair is FLAT BBY. I am soooo grateful I was blessed to sit in Ashleys chair today at DryBar!

Taylor is solid! She gets me in and out very quick. Sometimes ppl take an hour and a half to do my hair but she can whip it 45 mins. She styles me exactly how I request.

I’ve been to this drybar a handful of times now; this location is close to my work, I pay for a membership, so can stop in at the start of the week for a blowout that lasts for DAYS AND DAYS. I can’t complain about anything at all, everything’s been great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing blowouts just the way I like them! 🙌🏼
